ISLE CASINO REINVENTS italian restaurant, bragozzo

South Florida’s premiere gaming destination, Isle Casino Racing Pompano Park, has reinvented its Italian-themed restaurant, Bragozzo, with an all-new menu that features fresh, classic Italian cooking at approachable prices.

The menu has homemade favorites from calamari to polenta, and chefs utilize classic cooking methods such as wood-burning grills and ovens while creating dishes with imported Italian flour and tomatoes. Many dishes also feature basil, flat-leaf parsley, oregano, rosemary and thyme grown on Isle’s 200 acres of land.

“We’re creating a classic Italian experience at Bragozzo that we hope not only makes a memorable experience for our guests, but also brings new guests to the Isle. We’re using home grown herbs and making our sauces with the highest quality Italian ingredients,” said Mark Sicilia, senior director of food and beverage.

“We will offer another high-quality dining experience at an approachable price. Bragozzo is the perfect addition to our portfolio of restaurants, and gives our guests another reason to make the Isle their casino of choice,” said Rob Wyre, Isle’s vice president and general manager.

Bragozzo is located on the casino’s 2nd floor next to the poker room, and will open to the public on December 16.

Bragozzo Hours of Operation:
